The NLVC office expansion seamlessly integrated an adjoining unit into the firm’s headquarters, striking a balance between functionality and a contemporary, enduring aesthetic. The design introduced a dedicated reception lounge to strengthen the corporate identity, creating a professional yet welcoming environment.

The spatial planning emphasized clarity and efficiency. A new conference room was equipped with advanced video-conferencing facilities. At the same time, private offices and collaborative breakout corners supported both focused and social work. Glass partitions and open circulation improved transparency and natural light penetration throughout the workplace.

A restrained material palette underpinned the design, with herringbone timber flooring and grey carpet tiles defining zones. Integrated LED lighting brightened the interiors, while ergonomic furniture reinforced comfort and modernity. Selective reuse of existing partitions minimized waste and streamlined the construction process.

Completed on time in 2021, the project enabled NLVC to expand operations without disruption. By aligning spatial solutions with business needs, the new office not only enhanced operational capacity but also reinforced the client’s image as a forward-looking investment firm.
