This 3,000 sq.ft. office project involved the reconfiguration and upgrading of an existing standard office space for Global Medical Solutions, a medical services company. Following the removal of the previous tenant’s fit-out, the project focused on optimising spatial planning, upgrading building services, and redefining the overall workplace atmosphere to suit the client’s operational needs and corporate identity. Key works included electrical and lighting reconfiguration, IT coordination, access control, signage integration, and interior finishes. The entire project—including IT setup—was completed in approximately 30 days, demonstrating highly efficient, well-coordinated delivery.
